Strimeta Electronic Communications and Marketing Policy

Product: Strimeta
Operator / Provider: Jakub Marcinka, trading under jmarcinka.cz
IČO: 21474672
Business address: Na Kopci 1210/10, 460 14 Liberec XIV-Ruprechtice, Czech Republic
Contact: jmarcinka@email.cz
Website: https://jmarcinka.cz
Version: 1.0
Effective date: 9 September 2026

Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.

1. Separation of message types

Transactional/service email includes account verification, security alerts, password/login notices, invoices, payment status, service incidents and material contractual/service notices. These are sent because they are necessary for the requested account/service or legal compliance.
Marketing email promotes Strimeta, upgrades, events or content and is managed separately.

2. Infrastructure

Human support/legal mail is handled through Seznam.cz. Automated transactional email is sent through Brevo. Recipient lists must not be uploaded to unrelated marketing tools without a documented purpose and lawful basis.

3. Global marketing baseline

Strimeta uses a strict global baseline: marketing email is sent only with documented permission/consent or another clearly applicable statutory permission. Each marketing message identifies Strimeta and the Provider, includes a valid postal/business address where required, and provides a clear unsubscribe mechanism.

4. Unsubscribe

Strimeta processes marketing opt-outs promptly and targets completion within 5 business/working days, which meets or exceeds the operational standard required in the supported launch regions. Suppression records may be retained to ensure the person is not re-added.

5. US

Commercial email must use accurate headers/subjects, identify advertising where required, include a valid physical postal address and provide a working opt-out. Transactional messages must not be disguised promotions.

6. Canada

Commercial electronic messages to Canadian recipients require the consent/permitted relationship and identification/unsubscribe elements required by CASL. Evidence of consent must be retained.

7. Australia and New Zealand

Marketing requires the consent/permission required by local anti-spam law, clear sender identification and a functional unsubscribe. Address-harvesting or purchased lists of uncertain provenance are prohibited.

8. Tracking

Individual open/click tracking is disabled by default. If enabled for a lawful campaign, it requires a documented purpose, proportional retention and any consent required by privacy/ePrivacy-type rules.
