2. Nature of the service
Strimeta provides technical integrations, operational dashboards and community-level analytics for authorised community operators. Strimeta is not the operator of a Customer's Discord, Discourse or other third-party community merely because the Customer connects that community to the Service.
3. Business customers
The standard Strimeta offering is intended for persons acting for a business, organisation, non-profit, public body or in another professional capacity. A person accepting the Terms represents that they are authorised to bind the Customer they identify.
4. Applicable documents
The contractual package consists of the Terms of Service, any Order Form, the Data Processing Agreement where applicable, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Notice, and the regional supplement applicable to the relevant individual or processing operation.
5. Complaints and notices
Legal notices should be sent to the contact above. Privacy complaints may also be made to the competent supervisory authority identified in the applicable Regional Privacy Supplement.
